What is Balam?

We are the sisters María Fernanda and Cinthia Gamboa Gómez.
Nanda is by nature passionate about cooking and knows that it doesn't take much to make this world a better world. He loves to make people feel comfortable and shows his love through his exquisite spoon.
She is the human and detailed part of this company. María Fernanda is in the kitchen like a scientist in a laboratory, that's why she knows details; with his patience, dedication and passion he offers excellent customer service in Balam.
Cinthia, for her part, is a tireless dreamer, she believes that there is always a way to do things. It is the logical and negotiating part of the company. He loves to eat everything that Nanda prepares. She feels like the luckiest sister and aunt in the world.
In addition, he has been lucky enough to travel and live in different parts of the world such as Turkey, Denmark, the United States, among others. This gives Balam a broad world view to innovate and seek a new level of life and consciousness.
